Vintage Banner Card

This pretty card is perfect for any occasion!

You will need:

⇨ a banner shaped hole punch (or scissors to cut banner shapes out)

⇨ scrapbook paper

⇨ twine

⇨ tape

⇨ a marker or pen

Step 1: Cut out the banner shapes with scissors or a hole punch.

Step 2: Poke two small holes at the top of each cut out.

Step 3: Thread the banners onto a piece of the twine.

Step 4: Write your message on the banners.

Step 5: Cut a rectangle out of some of the scrapbook paper.

Step 6: Fold the rectangle in half.

Step 7: Tape the banner onto the card diagonally.
